Trinomics is part of a consortium that has been selected as one of the lead providers of climate change expertise to the Green Climate Fund (GCF) under their program of support through Communities of Practice (CoP). Together with our partners CowaterSogema (lead), Climatekos, Viresco Solutions and ESSA Technologies, we will provide expertise in five core thematic areas: agriculture, innovative finance, climate economics and economic analysis, ecosystems and water resources.

The GCF Communities of Practice will support targeted areas of the Fund’s operations and business cycle in support of its mandate to provide financial support to developing countries to limit or reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to adapt to the impacts of climate change. The CoP is a network of globally renowned expert organizations who will provide GCF with technical advisory services in core sectoral and key thematic areas, such as forestry, energy efficiency, urban development, health, and others.
