The objective of this contract is to conduct a comprehensive review and benchmark study of public real estate energy renovation across Europe, and to support the beneficiaries in improving the energy performance of state buildings in France and in the Netherlands. The study is scheduled to run from October 2023 to December 2024.
The project will involve reviewing practices in at least 20 Member States to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and good practices in the state building stock.
