The scope of the study is to provide a state of play on using indicators in reporting on energy poverty by the Member States and performing an analysis on data sources and datasets used to inform on these indicators. The study will identify the most commonly used indicators by the Member States and will provide recommendations on the best combination of indicators for reporting on energy poverty against the specific characteristic of each Member State and availability of data.
