The study was led by Wood. We supported the Commission in identifying options for the review of the waste shipment regulatiopns (WSR) and exploring their policy implications and potential impacts. These policy options included a mixture of legislative measures (in particular amendments to the WSR) as well as nonlegislative initiatives (such as guidance adressed to Member State authorities and stakeholders).
