Maja Biemann is a Consultant at Trinomics.
Since joining Trinomics in 2022, Maja has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including EU funding programmes for the environment, circular economy initatives, and environmental policy implementation. Herr expertise spans international development, sustainability reporting, and systems thinking, with experience in mixed-method research approaches.
Maja holds an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development (International Development) from Utrecht University (NL) and a B.Sc. in Sustainability Economics from Carl von Ossietzky University (DE). She has a particular interest in Just Transitions, sustainable supply chains, and financing sustainability transitions.
Before joining Trinomics, Maja gained private sector experience through internships in the sustainability department of Volkswagen Group and at the sustainability consultancy Akzente (now part of Accenture).
Maja is a native German speaker, fluent in English and has intermediate to advanced proficiency in Dutch.
