Lenka joined Trinomics in September 2024 and has since been involved in projects for the European Commission and the European Investment Bank on climate and energy-related topics. These include climate, adaptation, and transition plans, and financial aspects of the green transition. Her passion lies in equal regional development to ensure that no-one is left behind during transformative transitions.
Lenka holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Governance from the University of Amsterdam where she dedicated her research to economic and social dimensions of energy policy and a just energy transition in Slovakia. In order to gain a practical understanding of Member State and regional involvement in the European Union, she interned at the European Committee of the Regions during her studies.
A Slovak native speaker, Lenka is also fluent in English and possesses basic knowledge of German.
