Jessica (Jesse) Glicker joined the Energy team at Trinomics in June 2023. She is an expert in buildings energy efficiency with 8 experience working on European and international energy efficiency policy. She works primarily on projects for the European Commission across various DGs, including DG ENER, DG REFORM and DG GROW, as well as several international projects. Prior to joining Trinomics, Jesse worked as a Project Manager at Buildings Performance Institute Europe, focusing on innovation in building policy, stakeholder engagement, and financing for energy efficient. Additionally, Jesse worked in the Energy Efficiency Division at the IEA as an analyst, focusing on investment and energy performance contracting. Prior to her work in Europe, Jesse worked at COOKFOX Architects, and is an accredited LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) professional.

Jesse has a Master’s of Science in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from University College London, and a Bachelors in International Affairs, with a minor in Sustainability. Jesse is a native English speaker, with B2 proficiency in French and Italian.
