Finn is a green finance consultant with over three years of experience supporting international, European, and national public sector bodies, with a focus on sustainable finance policies, green financial instruments, and public funding mechanisms to advance renewable energy, circular economy initiatives, green finance tracking, and climate risk mitigation. He has contributed to projects such as analysing investment needs for European energy infrastructure, evaluating the macroeconomic impacts of the climate transition, and promoting circular economy funding and financing across the EU.

Finn holds an MSc in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University, where his thesis examined the EU Taxonomy’s impact on commercial banks and SMEs in managing and mitigating climate risks. With expertise in policy analysis, EU sustainable finance regulations, sustainable finance strategies and roadmaps, and assessing investment needs and gaps, Finn focuses on aligning financing solutions with EU decarbonisation and green transition goals.
