In the context of the accelerated need for climate and energy transition macroeconomic models GEM-E3 and E3ME as an integral part of Impact Assessments (Ias) are becoming even more important. This project delivers on 3 objectives: Assessment of socio-economic impacts of the transition to climate neutrality; Assessment of total climate adaptation investment needs across Member States; the macroeconomic impacts of these investment needs to 2050.
