Marija is a business development specialist with more than 10 years of experience in EU funded programmes, international tendering and the coordination of complex acquisition and contract management processes. Her professional background includes long term work within EU procurement systems and the procurement rules of major international financial institutions, with a strong emphasis on structured processes, strategic organisation and effective collaboration in multi country environments.
Since joining Trinomics in 2024 as a Senior Business Development Manager, Marija has been engaged in tender coordination and framework contract management, working closely with partners and colleagues to ensure well organised, timely and competitive acquisition activities. Her role includes aligning internal processes with procurement requirements, contributing to the clarity and structure of tendering workflows, and supporting the company’s broader business development efforts across multiple policy areas. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and is a native Croatian speaker, fluent in English, with intermediate knowledge of Spanish and basic German.
