Junior consultant

Ajla Kospo joined Trinomics in June 2024 as a Climate and Energy Policy Consultant. She works on climate and energy policy projects for the European Union and national governments, including international organisations.

Prior to joining Trinomics, she completed a Blue Book Traineeship at the European Commission’s DG CLIMA, where she contributed to work on the European Green Deal, the Fit for 55 package, the European Semester, and the assessment of Member States’ National Energy and Climate Plans.

Ajla holds a Master of Science in Resource Economics and Sustainable Development from the University of Bologna. Her MSc thesis, situated at the intersection of environmental and behavioral economics, examined the role of dynamic norm information in promoting climate action through an online survey experiment.

She is fluent in English and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, with additional proficiency in Turkish and basic knowledge of German and Italian.
